2. Competitors'Analysis
In competitors'analysis we do Profile analysis, product analysis, market analysis and website analysis of our Client's competitors.
3. Keyword Research
On the basis of client and competitors'analysis, we do the keyword research. We determine those keywords which are relevant to our client's business products/services, which have good search volume and less competition and which have probability of conversion.
4. Decide Strategies
On the basis of client analysis, competitors'analysis and keyword research, we decide link building and promotional strategies for our client's website i.e. how exactly we will do the link building and which methods we will use to promote the website.
5. Resources Estimation
In resources estimation we determine software requirements, hardware requirements, firmware (i.e. people) requirements, website hosting requirements and also the time and cost required to achieve the desired results.
6. Create Proposal
After doing resources estimation, we create a proposal for our client which specifies how we will do the SEO of his/her website, how we will promote it, what resources will be required, how much time and cost will be needed.
7. Website Optimization
We follow AIDA communication model to optimize our clients' website so that it works for their business and can convert relevant traffic into sales or leads. In AIDA:
